Because our products are handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll gladly replace the item or provide a solution.

Order cancellations are available within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or shipped.
